This position resolves very complex, high dollar Inland Marine
and/or Motor Truck Cargo claims.
Responsibilities include:
- Examines claims forms, policies
and binders, client instructions.

as needed.
- Prepares reports by collecting

federal government and by the client Company.

- Controls claims costs.
5+ years of previous experience adjusting complex Inland Marine

- Licensed as required by state
and local jurisdiction.
- Thorough knowledge of complex
insurance coverage issues.

experience.

Seeking an experienced Property
Adjuster for consideration for a Senior Level OR General Adjuster
level position (based on experience) to investigate, inspect,
evaluate and adjust large Homeowners and Commercial Property losses.
Candidates will be required to have some face time in the office
(Central Long Island area) from time to time but that amount of time
will vary on self-discipline, ability to work independently and
amount of experience. [Territory will include the 5 Buroughs, Long
Island and Ulster County] – this person will not be responsible
for this territory by themselves but in conjunction with other
adjusters.
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be self
motivated and have a minimum of 3-5+ years handling property claims
– independent adjusting experience is a plus. Must be knowledgeable
with automated property estimating software such as MSB/Ingtriclaim
or Xactimate.
Base salary plus monthly bonus potential – position includes a
company car or car allowance and complete benefits package.

already have a valid Independent Adjuster License.
