Supervisory opportunity with auto
insurance carrier for their SIU Department……ideal candidates will
have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus 5-7 years prior
claims/SIU experience in the insurance industry; with an
understanding of property/casualty insurance law and accepted
industry practices. Must have supervisory experience for
consideration, preferably in an SIU capacity but will consider if
just in a claims environment but must have SIU background as well.
Will consider candidates from law enforcement coupled with claims
supervisory experience.
This person should have the ability to run and analyze SIU and
claims reports in order to run an efficient and effective unit and
demonstrate the ability to be part of the management team. The job
requires analytical ability to review, interpret and evaluate
relevant information essential in resolving suspicious, sensitive
and complex investigations. Will require both inside/outside field
work within the tri-county area.
