We have been retained by a large
Fortune 500 insurance carrier that is aggressively growing
nationally their commercial lines book of business. They desire an
AVP of Commercial Lines Property Claims to lead them in this
process.
You must be a visionary leader, strategic thinker, commercial
property technical expert and work effectively with senior level
executives to include underwriting, sales, product and pricing. This
position will require you to contribute positively to the National
Cat team, General Adjuster program and the Audit function.
At least 10 years commercial property experience with at least 5
years of senior management experience is required. An advanced
degree, CPCU/insurance designations are desired.
This is a high profile, high visibility position with a tremendous
opportunity for growth into a senior executive position.

seeks an experienced Quality Assurance and Training Manager. The
position oversees the activities of three supervisors and fifteen
professionals. You will administer the quality assurance program for
homeowners and commercial lines property losses and identify and
implement the required training.
The ideal candidate will have five or more years hands on claims
experience including three years in a file quality assurance and
estimate reinspection program.

This position will require you to contribute positively to the
commercial line product profitability, pricing and growth and be
responsible for its rate adequacy.
At least 15 years insurance experience with 10 years focusing on
commercial product and pricing experience to include 5 years senior
management experience is required. An advanced degree, CPCU and
actuarial experience are desired.
