A forty-year-old brokerage firm, with
virtually no turnover in staff (speaks well of them as an
employer???) needs to bring in an Account Executive to work in their
new Financial Services practice selling health and employee benefits
to large commercial groups. The principal has had many successes
building profitable books at large brokerage houses in the past. He
is more than willing to train and mentor marketers of individual

leads to work on.
Due to their length of time in the Florida market they have access

moving it with you AND discussing a base salary plus commission
structure or a very liberal commission plan.

positive, conscientious attitude, the ability to close accounts and
to deal with people at all levels is essential. This is a very
stable, family oriented business with over 100 people on staff at
