A W/C case management company is in need of a Nurse Case Manager to service the Northern Virginia area. This position is due to growth.
You will medically manage W/C injury claims from your home and be expected to have face to face visits with all parties involved.
Candidates must be an RN with current licensure and preferably have a CCM designation. Bilingual candidates preferred.

Candidate must be able to work a caseload of approximately 125 pending claims that encompass all levels of complexity. Requires coverage analysis, investigation, compensability/liability determination, coordination of medical care as applicable, litigation management, settlement negotiation, and identification of potential fraud and appropriate use of authorized vendors. Must also be able to complete timely and appropriate reserve analysis and report completion. Ability to attend conferences, client meetings, mentor other adjusters and assist management as requested. All file handling must be within state statutes. Seeking 5 years Florida WC experience and excellent customer service skills. Must have current Florida Work Comp or All lines Adjusters license
